CARE
Our collections are made with carefully selected natural stone and marble textures which require regular and gentle cleaning to ensure their timeless integrity and beauty are maintained.

Natural stone is certainly durable and resilient, but taking extra care with its usage and maintenance will ensure your custom piece is intact for a lifetime.
Cleaning your piece
We recommend using a ph-neutral cleaning solution and staying clear from anything acidic or abrasive as this will impact the look and feel of your piece.
We suggest using a soft, slightly damp wet towel and drying it off with an absorbent towel for your routine cleaning.
Stains
Whether you have selected a polished or matte finished piece, we always recommend protecting them from harsh stains such as red wine to avoid discolouration. We understand life gets in the way so should a stain occur, promptly wipe it down with warm water and a clean cloth to minimise long-lasting changes to the stone’s look.
Movement of pieces
Always handle your stone and marble piece with care. While it is heavy, it may have variations in density and It's essential to support your piece from the centre to maintain its integrity and stability.
We suggest avoiding dragging your piece across the floor, as it can damage the connections and structure of the design, especially of the larger items.
Smaller accent pieces such as plinths & side tables are less fragile given their physical form and size.
Maintaining Polished Finishes
To keep the glossy finish of polished surfaces, we recommend using a light (non-acidic) polish cream every 7-8 months. This cream enhances stone surfaces, providing additional gloss and protection.
