Returns, Refunds, Exchange & Change of Mind
Abode the Collective is dedicated to delivering exceptional quality pieces meticulously crafted to your specifications. Given the bespoke nature of our products, we must convey that once an order is placed, we are unable to provide refunds, exchanges, or returns for a change of mind. After the piece/s have been delivered, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on customer preference, change of mind, or any other grounds.
Each piece we create is meticulously crafted with attention to detail and crafted to your specifications. We take great pride in offering personalised, one-of-a-kind marble pieces that reflect your individual style and preferences. By choosing made-to-order, you are investing in a truly unique and exclusive addition to your interior space. Rest assured that each piece undergoes rigorous quality checks to ensure it meets our high standards of excellence. Kindly acknowledge that the images utilised serve purely illustrative purposes, and there might be slight variations in the actual pieces’ appearance owing to the inherent veining & colouring present in the natural stone alongside the hand finishing process. We strive to provide utmost clarity regarding the colours, finishes, and textures of our products. As a result, we do not facilitate refunds or returns arising from the aforementioned factors or any disputes pertaining to colours, materials, or texture.
We kindly ask that you make your selection carefully, considering the unique characteristics and individuality of each piece. To assist you in making an informed decision, we would be happy to offer a consultation call with our design team to answer any questions regarding your selection. We encourage you to take advantage of these resources and explore our collections thoroughly before finalising your purchase.
In the event that Abode The Collective agrees to a refund or exchange, an administrative/handling fee may apply. Please be aware that delivery charges and the cost of returning the product/s will not be refunded to the customer. Once a product has been dispatched, even if it has not yet reached its intended destination, shipping costs will not be reimbursed to the customer. If the shipping is provided free of charge, the shipping expenses incurred to deliver the order to the customer will be deducted from the final credit.
All returns must be in their original packaging and maintained in a condition suitable for Abode The Collective. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept returns if the original packaging has been torn, damaged, or discarded. We retain the right to decline a return if we determine that product damage is due to fair wear and tear, improper use, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or lack of reasonable care.
Any returns agreed upon pertaining to a significant fault in the product must be acknowledged by the consumer upon delivery. Failure to inspect and communicate product fault within 24 hours of delivery may result in the product being ineligible for any returns, exchanges or refunds. Please read the Terms of Service carefully before purchasing products through our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service alongside the refund and exchange policy attached.
To initiate a product return, kindly send an email to: hello@abodethecollective.com.au with images of the significant fault in the product & a detailed description pertaining to the return. Our team will revert back with a response and proceeding steps according to the best solution possible. Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect the product, and should a credit be applicable, this will be processed within 7 working days.
It's important to note that returns, exchanges, and refunds will no longer be valid 30 days from the date of communication from our third party delivery providers. Failure to communicate, collect or respond to the delivery providers about your product delivery time slot may result in the order being cancelled with no refunds or exchanges provided. Should you have any delays with delivery or your given time slots are not viable for your circumstances, please email us for assistance upon first communication from the third party delivery provider.
Our team commences production promptly upon order confirmation alongside custom orders which are meticulously crafted according to your unique specifications. Hence, it is important to note that these items cannot be returned, cancelled, or modified at any stage. For special orders, full payment is required and is non-refundable under any circumstances. After delivery, returns or exchanges of special order items due to individual preferences, changes of heart, or other factors cannot be accommodated. Please be aware that all shipping and freight charges are non-refundable and remain the responsibility of the customer.
